Managed the branded content division: signed and managed new talent and engaged/attractted new clients while ensuring the department ran effectively.

Agency Producer at Apple’s dedicated ad agency. Produced high-budget TV campaigns - with budgets ranging in the 1M - 3M. Managed development of projects as they come down the pipeline. Managed writers and creative directors during development to hit milestones, as well as during production to remain on schedule. Once green lit, reached out to below-the-line production companies for bids and create budgets/ball- parks. Ensured that Apple’s privacy policies and confidentiality practices are upheld by all members of our internal team, as well as any third party vendors or contractors, both on-set and off. Supervised all post production and shipped final spots to broadcast. Managed the localization of US spots for Apple’s 26 international markets.

Co-Producer, UPM, and Line Producer for features and web series totaling 320+ days of production and over $5M in financing. Developed feature films and episodic content from inception. Created budgets and cash flows, effectively reducing below-the-line spending at an average of 30% without compromising production value. Hired crew, secured cast via deal memos and agent negotiations. Created shooting schedules and call sheets, ran overall set operations, staged background, facilitated safety meetings, resolved personnel conflicts, and managed cast/crew during daily production. Ensured that the project came in on schedule and on budget.
Closets for Causes | Sept 12 - May 15
Closets for Causes was a unique cause-marketing agency dedicated to cleaning out celebrity closets, auctioning off their items online and donating the proceeds to the charity of their choice. We successfully produced 12 campaigns and raised over $300K for various non-profit agencies. Produced digital and social media campaigns to launch platforms. Produced and art directed all promo material that accompanied each campaign. Managed a team of 5 employees and oversaw daily operations. Worked closely with our internal PR team to ensure that campaigns were targeted correctly for maximum visibility/exposure.
